HARLEY-DAVIDSON CELEBRATES UNFORGETTABLE 2025 EUROPEAN H.O.G. RALLY IN MEDULIN, CROATIA

From ancient arenas to modern machines, Harley-Davidson riders make history in the heart of Istria.

Medulin, Croatia  (June 16, 2025) Harley-Davidson and the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.™) are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the 31st Annual European H.O.G. Rally, held from June 12 to 15 in the vibrant coastal town of Medulin, Croatia. Over the course of the weekend, more than 30,000 attendees and thousands of motorcycles rolled into the Istrian Peninsula to celebrate the Harley-Davidson lifestyle in one of the most spectacular rally settings Europe has to offer.

With sunshine, sea air, and an unmistakable roar echoing along the coastline, Medulin and the surrounding region came alive with the spirit of freedom, community, and adventure. The rally offered free live concerts, demo rides of the 2025 Harley-Davidson models, a bustling expo zone and Harley Village, and the kind of unforgettable atmosphere only a H.O.G. event can deliver.

A major highlight of the weekend was the iconic Harley-Davidson parade, which began in the historic city of Pula and rolled triumphantly down the coast to Medulin. Over 2,500 riders took part, cheered on by thousands of spectators who lined the scenic route. The sight and sound of the convoy, backed by stunning Adriatic views, was a powerful display of unity and pride that captured the very essence of Harley-Davidson.

In a unique and unforgettable moment, the Custom Bike Show, sponsored by Mertzeler, took place in the ancient Roman amphitheatre in Pula, one of the best-preserved buildings of its kind in the world. This dramatic venue created a stunning backdrop for a celebration of individuality and creativity, as more than 45 custom builders showcased their incredible machines in a space steeped in history. Bill Davidson, great-grandson of company co-founder William A. Davidson, was in attendance, adding a personal and historic touch to an already extraordinary occasion.

The overall Best in Show, as well Radical Custom category winner, was Mirko Perugini from Italy with an inspired, classic-style motorcycle build that had a Harley-Davidson Flathead V-Twin at its heart. The Metzeler People’s Choice was won by Britta Feldwisch from Germany, the self-styled ‘Pink Lady’, an outrageously pink, glitter-painted Sportster 1200, while Metzeler Judges’ Choice was won by Roberto Pellegrino from Italy, who also won the Sport category.

Also present was legendary Dakar rider Joan Pedrero, who brought a new dimension to the rally by joining the Pan America off-road experience tours, showcasing the off-road power and versatility of the Harley-Davidson Pan America ™ 1250. Pedrero, who competed in the 2024 Africa Eco Race aboard a stock Pan America 1250, gave attendees a taste of what this adventure machine is truly capable of. His presence highlighted Harley-Davidson’s growing impact in the adventure touring segment.

The rally also featured striking motorcycle displays with the latest 2025 Harley-Davidson models in the H-D Expo. Centered with the Gray Ghost, the recently launched Icons Collection Fat Boy ® model, turning heads with its bold styling and tribute to the original 1990 design, and a separate special heritage exhibition paying homage to the legendary Fat Boy lineage, showcasing Softail models spanning multiple decades. Bill Davidson took time to visit the exhibit, sharing personal reflections and celebrating the legacy of his family’s design heritage with fans and riders from around the world.

Kolja Rebstock, Senior Vice President for International Markets said, “Harley Owners Group rallies are at the heart of what makes our community so special, bringing together riders who share a passion for freedom, friendship, and the open road. The 2025 rally in Medulin was a fantastic celebration of that spirit, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this event such a success, from our dedicated H.O.G. members and local partners and sponsors to the enthusiastic riders who joined us from across Europe. As we look ahead to 2026 in Cascais, Portugal, we’re excited to continue building unforgettable experiences and strengthening the bonds that unite our Harley-Davidson family.”

The 2025 rally was made truly unforgettable by the genuine warmth and hospitality of the local community, with both Medulin and Pula fully embracing the event and its international guests. A vibrant mix of music, food, local culture, and the unmistakable camaraderie of the H.O.G.® family created an atmosphere that will be remembered for years to come. The event was organized by Harley-Davidson and Uniline, in close partnership with the City of Pula and the Municipality of Medulin, and supported by the tourist boards of Medulin, Pula, the Istrian Region, and the Croatian National Tourist Board, as well as Istria County and the Istria Tourist Board. The rally was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport, whose official endorsement helped elevate the event to new heights.

Looking ahead, Harley-Davidson confirms the 2026 European H.O.G. Rally will be returning to Cascais, Portugal from June 18-21. With its Atlantic charm, spectacular roads, and strong local riding culture, Cascais promises to deliver another legendary chapter in the H.O.G. journey. This rally is in addition to the European Spring Rally 2026, taking place from April 30 to May 3, 2026, in the stunning coastal town of Senigallia, Italy. This new event will kick-start the riding season with live music, motorcycle expo, traders, and a celebration of the Harley-Davidson spirit.

For riders looking to close out the season in style, the iconic European Bike Week offers the perfect finale. Taking place 2 - 7 September 2025, it promises thrilling rides, vibrant atmosphere, and the chance to connect with Harley-Davidson enthusiasts from across the continent one last time before the season ends.
