EUROPEAN BIKE WEEK 2026 RETURNS TO AUSTRIA

Six days of epic rides, live entertainment and unforgettable experiences at Europe's largest Harley-Davidson event

VIENNA, AUSTRIA (2 September 2026) – The countdown is on for European Bike Week® 2026, as thousands of riders and enthusiasts prepare to descend on Faak am See, Austria, from 8 to 13 September for six days of motorcycles, live music, custom culture and unforgettable experiences. Free to attend and open to all, Europe's largest Harley-Davidson event returns to the spectacular Carinthian lake district to celebrate the freedom, adventure and camaraderie that define motorcycle culture.

Surrounded by breathtaking alpine scenery and some of Europe's most spectacular riding roads, European Bike Week offers an action-packed programme of entertainment, experiences and attractions. At the centre of it all is the 40,000-square-metre Harley Village, where visitors can explore the latest Harley-Davidson motorcycles, discover custom creations, enjoy live performances and connect with fellow riders from across Europe and beyond.

The Harley-Davidson Expo will showcase highlights from the 2026 motorcycle range, including the Street Glide® Limited, Road Glide® Limited and Pan America® 1250 Limited, alongside Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts & Accessories, and MotorClothes® apparel. There’s more Harley-Davidson MotorClothes apparel to check out at the daily fashion shows in Harley Bar and Saloon Bar from Wednesday to Saturday.

For those ready to hit the road, the Demo Zone offers free test rides on a wide selection of 2026 Harley-Davidson models, giving visitors the chance to experience the brand's latest motorcycles on the stunning roads surrounding Faak am See.

Adventure seekers can head to the Pan America Adventure Zone, featuring off-road ridin, rider training and demonstrations led by Harley-Davidson instructors Marco Belli and Alberto Cecotti.

Across the event site, more than 100 vendors, official merchandise stands, food and beverage outlets, custom builders and lifestyle exhibitors will create a vibrant festival atmosphere. Free guided rides through Carinthia and neighbouring Slovenia, organised by the H.O.G.® Karnten Chapter, will once again offer visitors the opportunity to discover some of the region's most spectacular routes.

As day turns to night, European Bike Week comes alive with a packed entertainment programme featuring more than 30 bands across the Harley Bar and Saloon Bar stages. From crowd-pleasing rock anthems to local favourites, live music will keep the energy high throughout the week, while fire shows on Friday and Saturday evenings add to the festival atmosphere.

Adding to the atmosphere throughout the week, winners of the Harley-Davidson® Music Contest will perform live across the Saloon Bar and Harley Bar stages, showcasing exciting emerging talent from across Europe. The UK's Wood Burnt Red will open the programme in the Saloon Bar on Wednesday, followed by France's Ocean Daze on Friday. In the Harley Bar, Germany's Mad Guz & Mojos will take to the stage on Thursday, with Italy's Known Physics closing the line-up on Saturday, bringing a diverse mix of homegrown music to Europe's largest Harley-Davidson gathering.

Adding further star power to European Bike Week, Andrea Iannone will join the event on Friday, 11 September and Saturday, 12 September. A former MotoGP™ race winner with extensive experience at the highest level of international motorcycle racing, Iannone is currently competing with Niti Racing in the inaugural FIM Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup and arrives at Faak am See fresh from a spectacular double victory at the Aragón Grand Prix, where he became the first rider in the championship’s history to win both races in a single weekend. During his time at European Bike Week, the Italian will take part in a range of activities including autograph sessions, live talk shows and riding experiences, giving fans the opportunity to meet and interact with him throughout the event.

Visitors can also admire the six unique Creators Custom Clash builds, created through collaborations between Harley-Davidson dealers and content creators. Displayed beside the Harley-Davidson Expo, the one-of-a-kind motorcycles showcase the creativity and customisation potential of Harley-Davidson models. Visitors will have the chance to cast their vote before the winner is announced on Thursday, 10 September.

The spirit of custom culture continues on Friday, 11 September with the Custom Motorcycle Show, sponsored by Metzeler, held in nearby Villach. Set within the city's historic Hauptplatz, the show brings together some of Europe's most imaginative builders and machines, competing across six categories for a range of awards including Best in Show, the Metzeler People's Choice Award and the Metzeler Judges' Choice Award.

On Saturday, 12 September, the legendary Harley-Davidson Parade, sponsored by Dunlop, once again takes to the roads of Carinthia. Thousands of motorcycles will ride together in a spectacular display of passion, pride and community, creating one of the most iconic moments of the entire event.

As always, entry to European Bike Week is free. One lucky attendee will also ride home on a brand-new Pan America® 1250 Limited motorcycle, with the grand prize raffle draw taking place on Saturday evening.
