EUROPEAN BIKE WEEK® 2025 UNITES RIDERS IN A CELEBRATION OF FREEDOM, COMMUNITY, AND CUSTOM CULTURE
Europe’s largest free motorcycle celebration spans Faak am See, Velden, and Villach
FAAK AM SEE, AUSTRIA (10.09.2025) – European Bike Week® 2025 has officially concluded bringing together over 100,000 riders, enthusiasts, and families from across Europe and beyond for a week-long celebration of Harley-Davidson’s legacy, lifestyle and love for the open road. Held from 2 to 7 September, the event reaffirmed its status as Europe’s largest free motorcycle celebration, with a dynamic program across Faak am See and neighbouring towns.
At the heart of the event, the Harley-Davidson Expo showcased the latest 2025 models, including the striking Gray Ghost Fat Boy, a tribute to Willie G. Davidson’s iconic design legacy. The Pan America Adventure Zone offered off-road demos and expert training, while the Demo Zone, Jumpstart™ simulator, and Race simulator gave attendees hands-on experiences. All activities were powered by Nordöl’s organic e-fuel, a cleaner-burning alternative that reflects Harley-Davidson’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
In a thrilling development for racing fans, MotoGP had a dedicated presence adjacent to the H-D Expo, featuring a display of elite racing bikes and celebrating the synergy between two-wheeled innovation and competitive spirit. This follows the launch of the Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup, a groundbreaking new series set to debut in 2026. The Cup will feature custom-built performance baggers competing across international circuits, blending high-speed racing with Harley-Davidson’s unmistakable touring heritage
For the first time, European Bike Week expanded its presence into Velden and Villach, bringing new energy and experiences to the region. In Velden, an exclusive display of Harley-Davidson CVO models highlighted premium craftsmanship and design, while Villach’s Custom Bike Show transformed the historic Hauptplatz into a vibrant showcase of creativity and community. The event featured 65 entrants across six competitive categories sponsored by Metzeler. NED from Kuwait was named Best in Show, taking home top honours with a custom build that captured the spirit and artistry of the event.
Continuing the tradition of prizes, Saturday night saw lucky participant from Italy, win a Low Rider ST live on stage in front of a huge crowd at the H-D plaza.
The week culminated in the legendary Harley-Davidson Parade, on National Harley Day, Saturday, 6 September, providing one of the largest motorcycle group rides in the world. Up to 10,000 riders took to Carinthia’s scenic roads in a powerful display of unity, freedom, and shared passion.
Reflecting on the success of the event, Kolja Rebstock, Senior Vice President for International Markets, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, said: “European Bike Week is a true celebration of our community. The energy, the passion, and the connection among riders here in Carinthia is unmatched.
